  7. Select Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment method—Cash on Delivery (COD) or credit card.

Cash on Delivery: You can opt to pay upon delivery, so you only pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Easy Return Process: If there's an issue with your product, you can return it within 5 days. Simply ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached, and fill out our e-form to initiate the return process.

Refund Policy: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will issue a refund via InstaPay or bank transfer, even if the original payment was made by cash on delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For hygienic reasons, swimsuits, underwear, socks, and cosmetic products are not eligible for returns.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At KEMET, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached, including the original KEMET black bag and brand tag. For hygienic reasons, swimsuits, underwear, socks, and cosmetic products are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please fill in the e-form provided on our website. Pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria. Upon approval, we will issue a refund via InstaPay or bank transfer, regardless of the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
